I get to build a fantastic product that is actually making an important difference in education. I feel respected and valued by my peers and by management. The people I work with are smart, kind-hearted, and just fun to hang out with. Seriously, they've done a stellar job at not hiring jerks. We actually find people who care about the mission. Diversity in hiring is actually taken seriously here. Folks here are given a lot of autonomy to schedule their own work hours and locations. Even though we’re a startup, we have really great work-life balance; the hours are super reasonable.
