Pros
Benefits are good, manager was good about finding you a good fit/enough hours, unionized. Can be a good starting point if you want to advance your career later (i.e. get your CNA, move on to nursing later).
Cons
Not very much pay, but that's not really different from most agencies. It's a step above min wage at least. Not a ton of room for growth.
