Pros

Great Client care. Exceptional Salary.

Cons

Poor hiring system. Poor protocol for managing vacant manager positions. Too many hats needed to be worn as the Program Coordinator when missing a manager and staff under missing manager position. Responsibilities for all open positions fell on to Program Supervisor with little to no assistance in hiring a replacement. Hiring process was lengthy and drawn out causing potential hires to drop out of process. All of the above was at the expense of the quality of work.

Cons

The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
