Flexible work. Decent pay. Make your own hours. Can experience a variety of areas of work: home care, facility care, child care, and/or hospice.
Cons
Your paycheck will be unpredictable unless you have a steady client. There is no official pay rate. The hourly wage changes from client to client. Management makes you feel "replaceable." Frequent driving sometimes without mileage reimbursement unless youbare driving for ths client. You dont see the office staff often unless you are summoned for paperwork.
