Pros
I was terminated because I was begged to cover a shift for a client who had no plan of care, I was on camera and supervising an Alzheimer's patient with no POC or specific instructions, and did not know the knowledge that they as company was supposed to provide their selves. The client told me to do certain things like lay back and take shoes off due to thinking I was an family member, I as a caregiver only wanted to keep the client calm. I was in the dark with no lights and cold and was terminated because I used my sweater as a blanket and looked rested although I reacted Everytime the client was active, and the caregiver prior to me briefly described the client as independent. I felt set up.
Cons
Expectations run high with lack of proper guidance for employees to succeed on their shifts. Pay isn't worth the threats and the accusations that can possibly effect your mentality and professional background.
