Pros
The only thing I can think of is I love My ("Yes my clients") and their family, and the fact that payday is every weekly.
Cons
This is a company that cares nothing about the Clients, or the employees that are in the actual field doing the foot work And as a CNA you definitely better sit back and keep quiet. You get Way more respect in the Office sitting at a desk behind a cubicle on a phone they even get benefits and 401k. They just started to use the Vesta clock system for care providers and that's no problem there's landline token and cell phone option Bright star did not give the client the right to those options client is to take tokens and hang them on a door knob in the home somewhere. If a client has concerns they never are heard. The second an actual employee on the field with the clients has an Idea, opinion anything to say you are told by the arrogant owner Mr. Wong "the younger gentlemen, who are you? you are nobody to say anything.you are an employee of bright star" like we are products are materialistic things to be owned, you don't have a voice as the face of the company without CNA's, nurses, Ot ,Pt, Clients first and foremost this company wouldn't have one red penny unless Mr. Wong and HR gets out in the field and see what hands on actually is. the list can go on and on but who has the time. Please hear this put your applications in elsewere if you want to be treated with respect and not like a contracted slave with no voice. Work for a company with a boss who believes in equality not Brightstar.
