Pros
Helping elders was the only upside for me in this wretched place, but they even took advantage of some of them. They are in it for the money, not because they care!
Cons
They treat their employees very poorly, engage in unsafe and fraudulent practices. They falsify records. They convinced some of the patients to let them manage their money for them, and even tried to overcharge. They hire and knowingly keep people who abuse substances, probably because one of the owners would enter the office reeking of alcohol herself!
