      Flexible hours Making up sick time Can take more cases when ready for More hours. Good pay for under no experience

      The benefits are not that great, having to pay OOP and wait three months to get reimbursed for hiring background checks

      The job is fully remote and they are open to you working in any state

      Cons

      Training was nonexistent. Management is super unprofessional and they would compare you to other employees. The first time around I was there the company and culture was amazing I even regretted leaving. It has declined greatly.
