They don’t care about the clients. The owners only care about the money and are checked out from reality. HR, COO, and Director of operations are a joke. HR will do what’s best for the company not the employees. You are just a number in the revolving door of employees. If clients go on hold or anything in admin goes wrong somehow it’s the clinical teams fault and their way to “fix” the problem is to hire more admin, not provide adequate raises, and continue to stack on work on supervisors causing employees to walk a moral tightrope with what is right and ethical and wanting to keep a job. You do not get paid time off instead you get requested time off which they may not approve even though you are still fulfilling the required hours.
