      semi-flexible schedules most clients are after school so it is ideal for college students

      Cons

      poor experience with management, especially towards the end of my employment very poor hours- i understand it is part time but on some weeks i would only have worked 4 hours due to cancellations, which is not sustainable.

      The job is fully remote and they are open to you working in any state

      Cons

      Training was nonexistent. Management is super unprofessional and they would compare you to other employees. The first time around I was there the company and culture was amazing I even regretted leaving. It has declined greatly.
