Pros
Great team, Great Managers, Good commission structure, always looking to improve, consistently growing, great customer service, FANTASTIC benefits
Cons
teams are kind of compartmentalized with communications, sometimes it takes a few attempts to find out who you need to reach out to things about. The implementation team is terrible- Completely inflexible, hard to work with (interdepartmentally, at least), rude and condescending and overall just a general nightmare. Communicating with them is hard because they consistently respond to threads out of order and make things more confusin than they need to be. They consistently make it harder for other teams to do their jobs and seem very complacent in their roles. They have no desire to grow or adjust processes and only seemed to be interested in doing the bare minimum for their role. They often tried to pass responsibilities onto my plate because it was evident that it was something they weren't interested in or just didn't want to do but ultimately IS their responsibility. Very, VERY frustrating to deal with and treat all questions as an inconvenience to them and make you feel as though ANY question you ask them is a "stupid question" on tone and attitude alone. They come off as a catty girl club that if you're not on their good side, they definitely talk smack about you. Long term, it feels like this will be a general obstacle that will need to be overcome.
