Pros
They really promote a work life balance that is hard for me to get used to considering my previous jobs were all working to kill me. They are constantly surprising me with benefits between my reviews and are very fair during review time. They appreciate hard work and dedication and keep astounding me. There are the usual growing pains that come with a company that is fast growing but as long as you understand the big picture and that it takes everyone working as a team, everything runs smoothly and you get the job satisfaction of working collectively to overcome obstacles. Being in this profession, in many capacities, over the last 23 years has shown me the good, bad, and ugly of this business and I can truly say that Brilliant Earth is the good! They give the satisfaction of being in a job with a purpose. Sure, we sell wants and not needs but we are able to provide help to those in this business that would suffer at the hands of others and give them the things they so desperately need. I have the pleasure of working with some of the most dedicated and hardworking individuals out there as well as some of the greatest vendors in this business. I can tell you that I will stay on as long as they will have me. They appreciate me and therefore, I continue to strive to exceed their expectations as any team member should. If you really want to be a part of something bigger than yourself and have pride in what you do, give Brilliant Earth a shot!

I personally do not have any! It is not a con but this company is fast paced and not for everyone. Anyone applying should keep that in mind.
