Pros

None I can think of

Cons

As many other reviews state, I agree that the good reviews were written by employees who are asked to write them by the company, they do not reflect the reality of how the company operates and treats employees. There is nothing positive about it, unless you are looking for a bad experience. Management is highly political, big egos get in a way of getting the work done. There is some major organizational and leadership restructuring going on regular basis. There is no formalized strategy. The leadership does not foster teamwork, it creates atmosphere of mistrust and low morale. They say one thing in a conversation with you, but then something opposite to others to make them look good. They make false promises to employees. Company policies are interpreted on one by one basis, sometimes more favorably, sometimes less, it is not consistent. The leadership provides no direction and no structure. If something goes wrong, they claim it is because they are a start-up. It is not a start-up, it’s a disorganized company with more then 2000 employees. Officially the company is around for 3 years, but in reality some units/people have been working there for many more years. Many people are not responsive and multiple follow ups are required to get things done almost all the time. This leads to bad internal and external client satisfaction. I have no idea how they can claim that they win awards for high client satisfaction. I have not witnessed that, just the opposite. The required notice time in India is 3 months. There are minimal growth opportunities. Compensation is not high, raises and bonuses minimal, if any (not this year). They will lure you in with offers but you can be made dispensable at any time. Internal technology infrastructure is very bad, feels like you are still in the 90s.

Pros

You typically don't have to interact with Brillio much; 99% of the time, I just work with the vendor company.

Cons

HR regularly requires vague, useless reviews and assigns mandatory trainings that are out-of-touch at best. Additionally, you have to access the company email through a windows VM; a drawn out process involving several MFA authentications just to check email. IT support rarely picks up unless you manage to escalate it with your manager/HR somehow.
