Pros

I can't think of any.

Cons

- The company is filled with middle managers (so called Project Managers, Client partners, Delivery manager, Directors... the list go on) there is hardly anybody on the ground to do any actual work. - And even after having so many "key" people there aren't a lot of clients. - Pay is below market average (lower than compared to even their IT service peers). That makes it difficult to retain talented employees. - Performance reviews are less to do with performance and measure of if the resource is billable or not. - Very few initative are taken to train employee ground up on latest technology trend to keep up the industry. - CEO is entitled and arrogant (No other way to describe him). I have seen numerous examples where employees with genuine concerns asking questions only to be put down by a condescending reply.

Pros

You typically don't have to interact with Brillio much; 99% of the time, I just work with the vendor company.

Cons

HR regularly requires vague, useless reviews and assigns mandatory trainings that are out-of-touch at best. Additionally, you have to access the company email through a windows VM; a drawn out process involving several MFA authentications just to check email. IT support rarely picks up unless you manage to escalate it with your manager/HR somehow.
