I don't see any Pros for the company. Its a sinking ship

Lot of Cons This company is established in this year you can check that from wiki or linkedin but how the people who had written positive reviews are having 1+ and 3+ years are working in this company. These are written by their HR team. No new Projects signed up . You need keep on jumping between projects every one or two months and from one location to another also .. No positive outcome of this company. Doesn't pay on time .

Pros

You typically don't have to interact with Brillio much; 99% of the time, I just work with the vendor company.

Cons

HR regularly requires vague, useless reviews and assigns mandatory trainings that are out-of-touch at best. Additionally, you have to access the company email through a windows VM; a drawn out process involving several MFA authentications just to check email. IT support rarely picks up unless you manage to escalate it with your manager/HR somehow.
