Pros
I Would say there is nothing great about this company - The founders or the co founders have already left the organization and have found there way out of the crap not sure what the whole new management is trying to prove., they LAYED OFF quite a lot of people from the testing unit., when they lose deals they fire, they always hire and fire people... and the New Brillio or the ex Collabera is just trying to rebuild themselves or trying to hire people and show off... which is never ever going to happen with there culture and the way they work.

Working here is a total NO NO, be happy that your reading this else you would have already landed in a place of no culture,no compensation, no work life balance. am not understanding how come they have so good reviews.. , No Growth, no role change, manager will always harass you with work.. overall a pathetic place to work.. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY......
