Pros

-Have one of the biggest client. -Good for freshers. -They work on latest technologies. -There are many small teams.

Cons

-This company is an exploit, they have 3 months notice period. At the time of Joining they never inform you about this, Your offer and appointment letter will be given after few days. Freshers are made to sign a bond. -Transport rarely drops you in office at time. -Cafeteria closes at 10pm. You only get Junk food like maggie n biscuits. If you get you food from home, you need to sit at desk and eat it or find one vacant meeing room. -Finance team is slow, send a mail to them, your mail will be forwarded to someone else and you will get the response after 2-3days or may be never

Pros

You typically don't have to interact with Brillio much; 99% of the time, I just work with the vendor company.

Cons

HR regularly requires vague, useless reviews and assigns mandatory trainings that are out-of-touch at best. Additionally, you have to access the company email through a windows VM; a drawn out process involving several MFA authentications just to check email. IT support rarely picks up unless you manage to escalate it with your manager/HR somehow.
