Apart from Work life balance i can see all cons in this organization.Here are below 1) I was there with Microsoft account.Long bench time.No Such development projects and every project is of 3-6 months of max. 2) Poor management 3) Poor Hike 4) They will initiate your H1 after joining,but on basis of that they will hold you for the next 2 years 5) Hell lot of politics 6) only 40% of people are billing in the entire organization,apart from then everybody are on bench 7) Very bad with Policies 8) No Transparency as such with employees.
