Pros

Work culture, Learning atmosphere, Freedom to implement new technologies after proper review and analysis

Cons

1) Salary: Not at all meeting industrial standards. Its a pathetic situation here at Trivandrum. No proper hike. 2) Doesn't have any proper training server. 3) HR team is not efficient here at trivandrum office. 4) Really lloking foward to jump from this company. 5) Dumping of work load on us rather than splitting equally if we give more performance.

Pros

You typically don't have to interact with Brillio much; 99% of the time, I just work with the vendor company.

Cons

HR regularly requires vague, useless reviews and assigns mandatory trainings that are out-of-touch at best. Additionally, you have to access the company email through a windows VM; a drawn out process involving several MFA authentications just to check email. IT support rarely picks up unless you manage to escalate it with your manager/HR somehow.
