Pros

the only good thing is that people want to do something.. what is that something , no one knows they are also extremely good at copy pasting cognizants presentations and replacing cognizant with brillio of course salary is completely dependent on your negotiation skills and has no bearing on capability if you want to feel like you are working in hollywood, this is a good place...its all smoke and mirrors and the leadership thinks they are all stars

Cons

no true capability, just talks and cognizant presentations staffing is a bad word, but every project they have is just staffing they talk about innovation, but innovation is applied on how to sell staffing as projects so much churn in the senior leadership. they themselves are confused all the time brillio is owned by collabera

Pros

You typically don't have to interact with Brillio much; 99% of the time, I just work with the vendor company.

Cons

HR regularly requires vague, useless reviews and assigns mandatory trainings that are out-of-touch at best. Additionally, you have to access the company email through a windows VM; a drawn out process involving several MFA authentications just to check email. IT support rarely picks up unless you manage to escalate it with your manager/HR somehow.
