Pros

1. Work-life balance 2. Personal growth to some extent (few projects) 3. Flexible timing (most of the projects) 4. Independence to work 5. Very good peers 6. Avg Compensation for freshers 7. Good HR culture 8. Some managers behave like friends and not manager. The best thing i liked

Cons

1. Some managers do micromanage you and irritate you which might be demotivating 2. Very few onsite opportunities (it may seem that the opportunities are more, but sometime politics play an imp role. Again depends on project) 3. Learning stops at a point of time where u should start considering other opportunities 4. Few managers are soooooo stupid that they neither understand technology nor management. In this case either move to another project or escape. Never try to make that manager understand something

Pros

You typically don't have to interact with Brillio much; 99% of the time, I just work with the vendor company.

Cons

HR regularly requires vague, useless reviews and assigns mandatory trainings that are out-of-touch at best. Additionally, you have to access the company email through a windows VM; a drawn out process involving several MFA authentications just to check email. IT support rarely picks up unless you manage to escalate it with your manager/HR somehow.
