Cons
Collabera Solution to Brillio transition is the worst possible thing could happen. The so called "new know how" & "transformations" n all are only to show outside, ultimately the people are the same. There is very high handed ness in handling people, either you obey them fall in line with them or they will remove you from the project and company. People talk nasty there and the environment is typical of a government office. There is a lot of sycophancy in the office. Leads/PMs are the spys and they spend more time on keeping an eye on employees than they spend time working on things. There is lack of action from the decission makers, even though the feedback has been given many a times.
