Pros

Remote-but that is only positive to avoid the TOXIC management style

Cons

Just about everything. Was sent a broken laptop-not a good start. Onboarding was very very rushed-very basic information provided and then thrown to the wolves. As this is an Indian firm-it has a horrible 'culture' and militant style management. I was getting calls at all hours of the day and into the night.....and weekends too. My manager claimed to work all weekend and expected me to do the same and was irate when I didnt get back to them over the weekend. Everyone comes off as constantly stressed, angry and perpetual churn and burn. I saw managers (mine included) throwing other managers under the bus over trivial things......and then badmouth that person to anyone who would listen. There is nothing I can stress enough but to STAY AWAY if you are a US employee. Even if you are desperate for a job, ANYTHING and ANYWHERE is better. I literally developed an eye twitch and other side effects from my time at Brillio.

Pros

You typically don't have to interact with Brillio much; 99% of the time, I just work with the vendor company.

Cons

HR regularly requires vague, useless reviews and assigns mandatory trainings that are out-of-touch at best. Additionally, you have to access the company email through a windows VM; a drawn out process involving several MFA authentications just to check email. IT support rarely picks up unless you manage to escalate it with your manager/HR somehow.
