Pros

Smart and talented leaders in most areas.

Cons

Poor structure, understaffed with people working around the clock and it is expected. Always cutting budgets Bad benefits and perks No culture and lack of any energy from senior leaders; ERG's are the only groups who do events, but most leaders are not supportive. High turnover, poor treatment for most of employee body doing the work Significantly underpaid in many groups Good luck on getting supplies or tools to do your job Tools and technology are way outdated, including laptops not working most of the time with no plan of improving

Pros

You can wear sneakers to work

Cons

1. There's no consistency with hours; you're either working OT or less than 35 hours/week 2. Constant blame game when something goes wrong; always problems never solutions 3. No growth opportunity; the GM has admitted upper management does not want to promote from within
