Pros

Brink's has a long history with many interesting stories.

Cons

Currently, the company is in the middle of a "transformation" that will supposedly help the company move into the future as a viable, ongoing entity. However, there doesn't seem to be any sign of intelligent life at the top of the house of cards. Some of the job cuts will open the company up for increased litigation and risks. With the elimination of so many employees, it seems like nobody is considering the institutional knowledge heading out the door.

Pros

You can wear sneakers to work

Cons

1. There's no consistency with hours; you're either working OT or less than 35 hours/week 2. Constant blame game when something goes wrong; always problems never solutions 3. No growth opportunity; the GM has admitted upper management does not want to promote from within
