Pros

Solid company, ethical management team, chance to travel throughout the world.

Cons

Very "old school" especially in the HR group. For an international company display a low tolerance for individuals from other countries working in the HQ. Not very innovative, can't say there is real thought leadership in the Sr. Managment ranks, especially in the HR and Administration side of the house.

Pros

You can wear sneakers to work

Cons

1. There's no consistency with hours; you're either working OT or less than 35 hours/week 2. Constant blame game when something goes wrong; always problems never solutions 3. No growth opportunity; the GM has admitted upper management does not want to promote from within
