Field - Superintendent Brinkmann Constructors Employee Review

Worst subcontractors I have experienced in my 42 year career. Zero office support for field. Unqualified project managers and a very high turnover rate. They have a broken chain of command and dispute their " open door policy" you will be terminated before they address issues. Very hostile work environment. They talk a good game but reality is they don't back it up.
