Pros
As a physical therapist I get to use my skills in a lot of different ways. There is a lot of support from management for industry specific training and learning best practices, as well as continuing education. Salary is competitive and there are opportunities to advance in the organization. The company is growing and they use technology effectively in order to support programs and employees.
Cons
Work can be largely independently so employees need to be self motivated. However feeling part of a team is something management facilitates through regular meetings, trainings, and regional face to face encounters.
