1. Job security is not guaranteed: Briotix is willing to and has 'eliminated positions' for employees who have been with the company for 10+ years and have an excellent performance & review history. They have then reposted such positions for 25K+ less in salary depending on the position, eventually hiring a new employee half the age of the eliminated employee.
2. Lack of consistency in practice of company's C.A.R.E. values. Espoused values do not consistently align with enacted values. In the end, good or bad, and despite Briotix saying how much they value you - my experience and observation, unfortunately, has been that money & appeasing stakeholders and their parent company supercede your value to executive leaders within the company.
3. Many managers have no previous experience managing people.
4. Managers can be, and are, hired with no previous education or knowledge in the area or program they are managing.
5. Most employees, regardless of performance levels, do not receive annual raises once they have 'topped out' in their role's salary range.
