      Small community hospital. Nursing ratios are better than others in the area. Quality of care is emphasized.

      Benefits could be better however the pandemic did not help.

      Pros

      Most providers are great, kind, they love to teach you new things and are very helpful.

      Cons

      Managers do bare minimum, dont care for their staff, all they care is to get their check even tho the office run smoothly because of us MAs and the secretary.
