      Currently no matching 403b, no employer paid std only CT leave, pay scale not as progressive as other larger health care systems in the state.

      Pros

      Most providers are great, kind, they love to teach you new things and are very helpful.

      Cons

      Managers do bare minimum, dont care for their staff, all they care is to get their check even tho the office run smoothly because of us MAs and the secretary.
