If you are anything but a doctor and a favorite nurse because you have friends who are higher ups, you won’t get treated with respect. Worked on the psych unit, awful how they treat the mentally ill. Nurses were barely on the unit, techs were expected to do everything and there was never any security on the floor. Kept people on the floor who have harassed either staff or pts.
