      Pros

      There are some really awesome staff at Bristol. They are a magnet hospital and have lots of employee programs.

      Cons

      A few staff members in the department where I worked were very toxic. Leadership was aware and, in some cases, were complicit. Being an ally put a target on my back.

      Pros

      Most providers are great, kind, they love to teach you new things and are very helpful.

      Cons

      Managers do bare minimum, dont care for their staff, all they care is to get their check even tho the office run smoothly because of us MAs and the secretary.
