Colleagues are supportive, collaborative, and willing to help each other succeed.
Cons
In this company, I encountered the most challenging individual of my entire career. The team lead in question shows none of the qualities of genuine leadership and appears to compensate for personal shortcomings through inappropriate displays of authority at work. It is difficult to understand how someone can come to the office knowing they have lost the respect of their team. Poor communication, rigid and outdated hierarchies, and the company’s/HR’s unwillingness to address these issues create an unprofessional environment. Team members are yelled at and even reduced to tears when mistakes occur. The CEO should carefully reconsider whom they entrust with the responsibilities of a team lead
- Talented and driven colleagues
- Collaborative and supportive culture among peers
Cons
- Misalignment between hiring expectations and actual role setup
- Frequent strategy changes hinder execution
- High employee churn within the sales organization
- Consistent tendency to overpromise on role scope and performance environment
- Commission structure makes it difficult to achieve variable compensation
- Combination of operational chaos and rigid hierachies
