Exciting environment with a lot of opportunities to contribute and grow. Management is open to feedback and decisions are made pretty quickly. There's not much red-tape and I hope it stays that way. For you to succeed in this environment, you must be self-directed, bold, and take initiative in making recommendations. You will be recognized and championed to make meaningful contributions.
Cons
There's been a lot of organizational changes and goals can seem to shift at times. If you are timid/introverted, you may get overlooked especially this being a remote environment.
