      Good pay and benefits. Mostly good people.

      Cons

      One of the owners, who I believe has since left, allowed his wife to be a manager. She was awful. I've heard they have since replaced her and it's a much better environment.

      Toxic management culture, favoritism, and some toxic team members. The environment is draining, and leadership behavior significantly contributes to burnout.
