Horrible degrading experience! - Oracle ADF Developer Brixmor Employee Review

To start off I was not trained properly which ultimately reflected poorly on me with management. I was expected to perform a job that took two people to accomplish in the other regions. Not to mention I experienced daily verbal tirade from my boss. When I reported the incidents to HR it only made matters worse. The next day my boss mentioned my visit to HR and was furious using vulgar language not suited for the workplace. As I left the building for the last time my coworkers decided to speak up. Only it was too late. They mentioned that 9 other women in the last couple of months left my job in tears.
