      Great work environment Hybrid schedule (WFH Wed-Fri) Good benefits Fun and helpful coworkers Company events and happy hours

      Cons

      Account specialist is a collection job Monthly performance ratings based on collection ratios so if tenants aren't paying it reflects poorly on you. Workload is a lot and everything falls back on the account specialist Lots of reports to complete with short deadlines
