Pros
Nice campus, with substantial stock program for employees. With the nice benefit package including health and stock units per quarter can add to salary quite a bit. Some nights and weekend work but not bad. Recommend that one move around the company so not to get too acclimated to one position. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow with the built in educational program.
Cons
Unfair vacation policy. Some employees go up the ladder faster than others depending on who you know. Lots of opportunity to take unfair advantage of vacation policy and sick time.
