Good benefits, most of management is understanding and easy to work with, work itself is generally technical and engaging. Company is growing, positions are steady and reliable.
Cons
Gossip is rampant, though no worse than any other workplace. Twelve hour shifts are difficult to balance with life outside of work, especially night shift. Few internal career opportunities.
