Pros
Bonuses are good. Vacation policy is really nice. Director-level managers are hands on with employees and usually very supportive.
Cons
Use a forced distribution employee rating system, which can unfairly penalize employees to fit their predetermined curve. Constant acquisitions make job security doubtful.
