1) Very talented engineers and colleagues 2) Great stock compensation 3) Cutting edge technologies
Cons
1) Very aggressive timelines and goals which hits work life balance. 2) Low job security as people get layed off even in profitable BUs. 3) Management expects all employees to work from campus during covid-19 pandemic even when people can work from home and complete the projects/assignments. 4) HR policies are not employee friendly. 5) Career growth opportunities are limited. 6) Lot of internal politics. 7) CEO runs company like a mutual fund portfolio .Not much investment in R&D for future.
