      Salary and Stocks are best compared to other companies Good working environment Policies are beneficial to the employee Better office Management

      Cons

      Every quarter layoffs happen at the senior level Management keeps changing because of layoffs and that even impacts technical decisions I'm writing this review with respect to the Software developer At the senior level promotions are must be approved by the CEO, So promotions dont happen often

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
