Pros
Smart people to work with. Learned a lot. Flex time was good. Benefits were good.Career development was decent.
Cons
Work/Life balance was poor. Too many global locations led to many meetings at all hours of the day and night. As the company got bigger, it became more process oriented and management heavy. It used to be much more nimble in the earlier years. It took them too long to make product line decisions, leading to closure of many business units such as the closure of the mobile cellular BU.
