Pros
-- Gets aspiration & motivation to learn, work and deliver within a fantastic pool of technical people. -- Good pay. Added benifits like RSU, free lunch, good performance bonus on top of CTC . -- You work on cutting edge technologies across most of the business units. -- Work smarter than harder is the philosophy (Depends on managers though) -- Work from home . -- Company spends loads on R&D.
Cons
-- Layoffs are on the table if BU is not profitable.. However severance package provided is very good. -- Sometimes feel that team work is less .. As a result the net output of team sometimes gets limited despite talented resources. -- Work burden sometimes too much -- mostly for junior employees.
