      Inchoate strategy Software/hardware divide Constantly changing plans Poor coordination between different groups and departments, poor sharing Untracked and unmanaged large scale projects Upper management obsessed with "Balance Sheet Strategy" at the expense of product, technical or capability strategy

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
