Pros
Salary and RSUs together is competitive and almost in the top 10 percentile of the companies working in the similar domain. Apart from the salary there is no +ve aspect in this place.
Cons
No ethics, no policies, no culture. Its more of a tradingcompany than a technology companies. They acquire successful companies and most of the time turns them into junk because of their incompetence and then close it down or sell it off in pieces.
