      Salary is competitive. RSU income is very high as share price is very high. Good team to work with.

      Cons

      Too much work. Have to go to office even in COVID condotions.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
