Pros
Great smart people who care about what the do and hold each other accountable. It is a work hard play hard environment. I have grown more here than in any role I have ever had. Those who can't cut it seem to get cut and become disgruntle (see June 20th post).
Cons
There is a high level of expectations which creates a lot of pressure.
