Pros
The salary and benefits are good, no micromanaging and work hours are flexible depending on your immediate management.
Cons
The company is very bottom line Darien and that seems to color a lot of the companies business decisions. At times it seems like a startup without the upside of working for a startup. Sometimes the work can push you to the edge of burnout.
